LIVE PREVIEW
Die Verwandlung Franz Kafka · 1915
🇩🇪DE

Why it works

Why this works when flashcards don't

Read whole books with the original and translation paired paragraph by paragraph. Words appear in natural context, so they stay longer than words drilled from a list.

Included with every order

The Book Companion

Every order includes your book’s companion — a fingerprint dictionary of its most characteristic words, and a phrasebook of its idioms. Not a generic wordlist: it is built from the pages you are about to read.

Free with every tier. Yours to keep.

Why not the usual ways?

Jemand musste Josef K. verleumdet haben, denn ohne dass er etwas Böses getan hätte, wurde er eines Morgens verhaftet.

Someone must have slandered Josef K., for one morning, without having done anything wrong, he was arrested.

We do not trade your book for a free model. Your text is used once — to produce your translation — then deleted.

These are estimates — your exact price for all three tiers is computed from your book during the free analysis — and locked before you pay.

Trust & answers

Your book is safe here

Everything you upload stays private, temporary, and yours.

Never trained on

Your text is used only to produce your translation — never to train any model.

Auto-deleted

Source files are erased within 30 days; translations — after the 90-day download window.

Private & encrypted

Encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per job. No human reads your book.

Pay per book

Priced individually by volume — a fixed quote before you pay. No subscription.

No. Your manuscript is sent to translation models for the sole purpose of producing your translation. Verseversa never stores it for training or reuses it, and we select provider configurations intended to exclude the use of your text for model training.

We use specialised, best-in-class translation models. The strongest ones are paid, and we choose them deliberately: their terms guarantee your text is never used for training and never leaks. We pass that cost through with the thinnest margin we can. The goal is simple — the widest possible access and the highest quality at the lowest price we can offer.

Individually. The model measures your book’s exact volume and your chosen tier, then returns a fixed price before you pay. No monthly fees, no surprises — you pay only for the book in front of you.

Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per translation job. No human reads your book. Source files are deleted automatically within 30 days; finished translations are kept for up to 90 days so you can download them, then permanently erased. One note: to show the cover and facts about your book during analysis, its title and author (from the file name — never the contents) are checked against public library catalogues (Open Library, Wikipedia).

You do — 100%. We claim no rights over your source text or the translation generated from it.

Verseversa is a tool — you are responsible for holding the rights to translate the work you upload. See our Terms & Disclaimer for the details.

Every translation passes deterministic checks for structure and completeness. On The Interpreter and The Scholar tiers, an independent AI model from a different family additionally reviews the translation — a second pair of eyes that does not share the translator’s blind spots.
